We’re so glad you’re here. As Omaha real estate agents serving the Greater Omaha and Lincoln areas, we’re passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and build new construction homes with confidence. Sarah is a second-generation REALTOR® born and raised in Omaha, and Brad has spent the majority of his life in the Omaha area as well — giving us deep local insight into the communities we serve.
We currently reside in Gretna with our four children and golden retriever. For nearly a decade, we’ve helped clients across the Omaha & Lincoln metro buy, sell, build, and navigate complex moves — including selling and buying at the same time.
As veterans, we have a special appreciation for helping military families relocate to Omaha, utilize their VA benefits, and experience a smooth transition. Whether you're building a new construction home or coordinating a move-up sale, we’re committed to creating a seamless, strategic experience.

our Background
Sarah’s entrepreneurial journey began at a young age. Growing up in Omaha, she watched her father run a successful lawn service company while also working as an Omaha REALTOR®. By high school, she was running her own lawn care business — an early foundation for the discipline and client focus she brings to real estate today.
She graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Entrepreneurship. During college, she served in Army ROTC and the Army Reserves and was selected to commission as an Active Duty Aviation Officer. Due to an injury, she was medically discharged before attending flight school. After returning to Omaha, Sarah entered property management — a natural transition into the real estate industry.
Today, after nearly a decade serving Omaha home buyers and sellers, she ranks in the top 1% of Omaha real estate agents and specializes in strategic buying, selling, and new construction coordination. In her free time, Sarah enjoys fitness and coaching youth sports.
Brad also grew up in Omaha. After high school, he enlisted in the Nebraska Army National Guard and served 12 years before retiring as a Scout Platoon Sergeant. He deployed overseas to multiple theaters, and was activated for several state-side emergency response missions.
Brad earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, followed by a Master’s degree from American Military University. Prior to real estate, he was an economic developer and held executive leadership roles with the State of Nebraska.
In 2022, Brad decided to join Sarah and create The Pierce Real Estate Group. His background in strategy, economics, and leadership now directly supports clients navigating complex moves — including difficult military relocations and coordinating buying and selling at the same time.
Brad spends most of his free time outside. Fishing is his passion, and he competes in tournament trails across the country. He also enjoys hunting, camping, and is a Cub Scout den leader.
